Not sure about the Old Bingo Billy, but the new one is quickly becoming one of the best sites around. With the said $40 No Deposit Bonus (or a Trial bonus as they put it), as a part of birthday promotion, it is really impressive start for a new player. Add the 310% first deposit bonus to that, and you will be stacked from the start. You should, however, check the Terms&Conditions, as always, to make sure you understand the rules. I did check a thing or two with the support, and they were right on spot for all my questions.
As for bingo, there are only 75 ball games, which is far from impressive, but there are two free Bingo rooms to choose from, and that is more than most of the other sites offer.
If you like chat games, you will be happy to know there are quite a few waiting for you and it is great to know that you can win something on a side.
