Bingo Games Review

Jumpman Gaming has been notoriously prolific – or prolifically notorious, if you will – in recent years with an abundance of online bingo brands spreading all over the internet like wildfire.

Their products haven’t been quite consistent: often prone to unfavorable terms and unimaginative promotional offers, there seems to be a lot to be desired more often than not.

Is generically titled Bingo Games more of the same? Our investigation would say that, yes, it is.

Sure, the UKGC and Alderney licenses are all in place to make any player feel at ease…

…but will the pedestrian design that brings very little value be enticing for future punters? Hardly, though it has to be said, at least the technology of the website is more modern and sleek than anything Jumpman has dished out recently.

Fast-loading website has a hidden navigation to the left on mobile devices and much of the content on the home page is devoted to the welcome offer. The login interface is stripped to the three necessary steps, which improves the user experience.

For the swipers on the go among you…

…the mobile interface of Bingo Games is quite compelling and up to the standards (and demands) of the audience. The quality of experience is in no way compromised on Android, Blackberry or iPhone devices – so long as you don’t go for one of the aging games run on the now obsolete Flash.

Now let’s talk deposits and cashout:

First of all, cashout are slow. It can take up to 72 hours for your withdrawals to get processed and, well – that’s a lot. Deposits are processed quickly and there’s a reasonable minimum limit on them. The only better thing than that is that there is no minimum withdrawal limit, which is a rare feat. The only currency available is the British pound.

Even worse, there’s no sign of phone support on this bingo website NOR even live chat! So the only way to contact customer service is by email or hoping that one of your queries is already answered in the FAQs. Not an ideal way to boost customer satisfaction.

Entertainment at Bingo Games is plentiful and sufficiently diverse…

…with table games aplenty and slot games to choose between, you won’t be left wanting for some casual or high-rolling fun. The gaming lobby has a neat (and, these days, obligatory) filter that lets players switch between newest and most popular slot games that can be arranged alphabetically, jackpot games and table titles. There is also a neat search engine for those looking for a specific game.

Slot games – Zeus Lightning Power Reels, Arena of Gold, Volts and Bolts, Diamond Force, Cash Stax, Wizard of the Woods, Diamond Force, Gorilla Gold Megaways, Vault of Anubis, Wonder of Ages, 9 Pots of Gold, Flower Fortunes, Wings of Ra, Temple of Iris 2…

Table games – 20p Roulette, Live Roulette, Live Speed Roulette, European Roulette, Blackjack, Live Blackjack B, Live Blackjack A…

Jackpot games – White Wizard, Shaman’s Dream, Piggy payout, Temple of Iris, Beat the Bobbies, Enchanted Prince, Stampede, Twinkle, Caravan to Cairo…

Bingo games/rooms – But it’s bingo games we’re all here for, right? There are 75, 80 and 90-ball bingo rooms here to keep your bingo hunger at bay. The rooms at your disposal include:

  • Bingo Millions Instant
  • Stars ‘n’ Stripes
  • 90 Ball Bingo
  • 80 Ball Bingo
  • Clock Work
  • Heavy Weight

Bonuses and Promotions

Before we proceed talking about promotional offers

…the first thing we feel obliged to mention are the wagering requirements that come with all deposit bonuses here. And, well…they’re bad.

There is little consistency in the way this operator handles their WR’s so there’s a fair amount of guess work involved whenever you’re about to play (or review, in our case) one of their online bingo sites. In this instance, it’s a all a bit disappointing as wagering requirements are quite hard to meet.

Now, the promos are all déjà vu – nothing we haven’t seen or experienced before on any Jumpman site. The welcome offer is the definition of the “luck of the draw” – you spin the wheel and you get some extra spins or some Amazon vouchers or nothing at all.

There’s one thing we liked: the gamified Trophies. It invites you to complete tasks and moves you up one VIP level once you complete five tasks AND it gives away extra spins.

Also, there are:

  • Daily cashbacks for VIP players
  • Newbies cashback for the whole full month of their membership (great stuff, by the way)
  • Happy Hours on Wednesday that give a massive amount of extra spins
  • Winner Winner Chicken Dinner that gives a Just Eat Voucher for the player with the biggest single spin of the month
  • Turbo Wheel with even more extra spins!

…we mentioned the VIP scheme. Yes, it exists, and it’s quite decent. It’s spread across five tiers:

  • Member
  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Black

On each level, players can gain a progressively increasing amount of daily cashback offers, birthday bonuses and extra spins. There’s also the fast-track option if you’re a VIP elsewhere, so you can launch yourself to a higher level.

Our Take on Bingo Games

Bingo Games is yet another Jumpman product that lacks in diversity and variety and has certain terms, like wagering requirements, that are somewhat hard to agree with.

…it also has a great cashback plan, a VIP scheme, gamified Trophies and plenty of gaming fun. So, while it may be nothing to marvel at, for some players it could be a place of classic entertainment and plenty of hours of good fun.
