Colour Me Happy from 10p to Win Up to £1K

Just when you thought you’d seen it all, along come Tombola with a brand-spanking-new bingo variant and it’s a merging of bingo and paint by numbers! That’s right bingo players, this new bingo game awards a full house win based on how quickly you can paint your picture. It’s a simple and fun game that is proving to be popular with the bingo community.

On the day of launch, there were more than 2,000 players at off-peak times, all trying to colour their image before all other roomies. The more players in the game, the larger the prizes, but the less chance of a win. To give you an example of how the large numbers affect prizes, those playing the minimum of 10p a ticket could expect to win in the region of £180! Tickets of £2 were giving away full house prizes of more than £2,600! A word of warning…there is just the one chat room, and it gets very busy!

How Do You Play New Tombola Bingo Game?

Paint by Numbers is an equal chance to win type of bingo game meaning everyone who purchases a ‘ticket’ has the same chance to win. The 45-ball bingo variant has five ticket options and five jackpots, the value of which will be determined by the stake. To play, select your ticket price, confirm it and wait until the game begins. During this time, you’re welcome to doodle on the bingo ticket. Defacing tickets is a welcome act and will randomly vanish once the game begins.

Once the game starts, you will be shown one of three tickets: burger and hotdog, cocktails or a delicious ice cream. Your ticket will be made up of segments which form an image once coloured in. Each segment houses a number between 1 and 45 and the aim of the game is to fill those in before everyone else. You will have a total of 15 numbers on your ticket regardless of pattern.

When the game begins, numbers from 1 to 45 will be drawn at random and if you have a matching number on your ticket, it will automatically colour itself in. You could have multiple segments with the same number. Some Tombola bingo players have complained of the image being a little on the small side, but it all depends on what device you are using.

The Paint by Numbers prize goes up and down, depending on how many people are playing. Prizes are shared if there is more than one winner, but one thing that’s never shared is the jackpots! If you can colour in all 15 segments on your ticket within 28 calls, you will win a jackpot on top of the full house prize. Win £1,000 with a £2 stake, £500 with a £1 stake, £250 with a 50p stake, £125 with a 25p stake and £50 with a 10p stake.

One last thing to tell you about is…

…the BBQ week promotion from Tombola. There are red hot prizes to be won on the Facebook page and in chat between Monday 4th and Friday 8th of July. Pop along to the bingo site to find out more about the top picks.
