The Intertain Group has recently confirmed its acquisition of Mandalay Media, owner of several top UK online bingo brands including Costa Bingo and Sing Bingo, for a reported price tag of approximately £60m.
Not long ago Intertain also acquired Amaya Gaming’s WagerLogic subsidiary and has since refocused on the online bingo market.
The company believes that the deal will prove “materially accretive” in terms of profit per share, provide revenue diversification and increase cash flow.
Additional online bingo sites owned by Mandalay include City Bingo, Fancy Bingo and Rio Bingo which are all powered by the Dragonfish platform.
