Study Reveals Bingo is Good for your Health

We all know that bingo is great fun and also gives us a chance to talk with friends and if we are really lucky win some cash. But can it really be good for our health as well?

It seems almost too good to be true, but boffins have revealed the very real advantages which we can get from having a few games of our favourite hobby on a regular basis. Of course, this wonderful news comes after years of hearing that sitting about playing bingo is probably bad for us, which makes this latest development all the sweeter.

So how can bingo help us?

Well, it seems that the mental activity which the game involves helps increase our memory and general all round alertness. The effect isn't restricted to just older players and can be see after playing both online bingo and games played in bingo halls.

If this isn't enough to convince you to ditch the encyclopaedia and the Open University course and start playing more bingo instead then there is more to come, as the game also helps improve the players' decision making ability and fast thinking skills.

The only downside is something most of us already know only too well, namely that spending long hours sitting down and snacking while playing isn't so great for for our physical well being and can lead to weight being increased. For this reason we recommend unplugging and going for a good old walk every now and then.This way we will increase our brain power, stay great looking and win cash at the same time. Result!
