Rank Group’s Mecca Bingo has given its £4m advertising account to St Luke’s after a competitive pitch managed by the AAR.
Mecca Bingo is among the largest online and land based bingo brands in the UK.

St Luke’s chief executive, Neil Henderson, commented, “In a world of competitive bingo brands Mecca stands out for its authenticity and heritage.”
St Luke’s is already planning a new television and digital campaign for this spring.
