Now we finally get to experience the new look firsthand, announced by the Mecca Bingo Digital Operations Director Clair Osbourne at this year’s Bingo Summit, which took place in the Royal Garden Hotel in London. Player feedback was carefully gathered over the last 18 months resulting in a bingo site made for players by players, with many added features alongside the site’s obvious complete makeover.

Once you’re on the site you can personalize its looks to your liking by choosing one five colors from Mecca’s logo making it the predominant one. This is just one of a number of features that can be personalised to suit individual taste. The new site has a fully responsive design available on all mobile devises, which will soon be matched in land based clubs too for a total harmonization. Mecca’s VIP players were first to test the new design and after they’ve gave it the unanimous thumbs up the new look was fully launched becoming available to all.

Rank Group’s customer experience director Caroline Grindrod told industry magazine eGaming Review that the new site puts Mecca’s users ‘in control of their own experience’.

She said, “We are proudly different to everyone else in the market and we wanted our website to reflect who we are and where we¹re heading as a brand,” then went on to confirm that Grosvenor Casino will be getting a similar treatment in the near future.

She went on, “For us, the launch of the new Mecca Bingo website is just the beginning. We will continue to listen to our users, evolving our offering to further enhance their experience.”
