Who says bingo is for adults only? A new application will be hitting the market this month for iPhone, iPad and Android. The creator, ABCya.com has developed a new way to teach kids mathematics in the form of a bingo game.
Here’s how it works. Basic math is simply memorization and this new app combines math, repetition and bingo. The user is given 25 questions to answer as fast as they can while a timer ticks away at the bottom of the screen. The timer will remain until all 25 equations are solved. The problems presented may be addition, subtraction, multiplication, division or a mix up of the four. As the parent, you know your child’s skills and can select the level of difficulty based on their knowledge.
The graphics are attractive to children and when they answer correctly, a little creature fills the space on the bingo card.
Math Bingo will be available for 69p and includes Bug Bungee and Bingo Bugs. It can’t be all work and no play for the kiddies, right?
