Gaming Realms will be selling off its Bingo Godz and Castle Jackpot assets to European Domain Management, a company that has worked with several European online bingo brands.

The deal will see Gaming Realms receive a total consideration of £500,000, which will be paid in one payment of £200,000 in cash and the remaining £300,000 paid in cash over the next 17 months.

The company intends to put the money toward a brand using its proprietary platform, SpinGenie.

Patrick Southon chief executive officer of Gaming Realms, said, “With the successful launch of our own platform and the great growth we are seeing on SpinGenie, this is the next stage of our stated strategy to focus our resources on our own technology platform where we see a quicker and more sustainable return on investment than on third-party operated sites such as Bingo Godz and Castlejackpot.”
