With the re-launch of Gala Bingo come a few setbacks as they work to iron out the bugs. Saturday night, one of the biggest nights for online bingo had a few hiccups as some players could not access the site while others experienced an extreme lag.
This has prompted some players to become weary at the new platform that switched from Proprietary to Virtue-Fusion. While easily understood one thing is for certain, the new software has a solid reputation for smooth quality performance and holds promise to be running up to par quickly.
Gala Bingo made a statement on Facebook stating:
Our apologies to players who struggled to get on the site over last night; we had "server load balancing" issues the techies tell us that the kept some people from logging in. Frustrating and disappointing for us all, believe me! They say it's completely under control and systems are back up and working fine; do let us know in CS (email athelp@galabingo.com ) if you're having any problems. Thanks.
