The Bingo Association is the trade body for land based licensed bingo operators in Great Britain. The Association is an organisation representing the interests of members to third parties, including government and regulators.

Paul Talboys’ 12 year reign as Chief Executive at Bingo Association is officially over Friday 5th October as the newly appointed Miles Baron fills the vacancy on Monday 8th October. Talboys put in his resignation and was accepted by the board last week.

Mr. Baron brings to the table a wealth of experience after leaving his position as Sales and Marketing Director at Mecca Bingo to take up his new role at the Bingo Association where he has been a member since 2009.
Mark Jones who was recently appointed this past June as Chairman of the Association had this to say about the recent change in positions:

“The Association and its Members are grateful to Paul for his significant contribution to The Association and the bingo sector and wish him well for the future. From 1st November 2012, Paul will continue to provide his services to the Association on a consultancy basis for a period of two years.

Miles’ involvement with The Association and his industry experience will enable him to promote and develop the work of The Association, leading an important industry trade body. I look forward to working with Miles and The Association’s Members in the coming months to shape and focus our sector agenda.”
