Armed Robbery at Bingo Hall

Burlington police said on Sunday two men walked into Friendly Folk Bingo and robbed the hall located at 1788 Webb Ave.

One man was armed with a semiautomatic handgun wearing a ski mask as a disguise while his accomplice appeared to be the look out in the incident. The robbers entered the Bingo Parlor and demanded money. After the cash was handed over they left the building. The amount of money stolen has not been disclosed at this time.

The description of the suspects was described as two black men. The man with the weapon is approximately 5’8” tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue denim jeans and dark shoes.

The other man had a slight beard on his chin, silver teeth. He was wearing a grey ball cap with a dark blue bill, blue denim jeans and gray shoes according to police.

One of the suspects what caught on surveillance camera while the robbery was in progress at 5:30pm.
Anyone with information that would lead to the arrest of these two men should contact the Burlington police department.
