This palace Alabama is to receive is the Wind Creek Casino Hotel and Resort which is to be a sixteen story bingo palace costing about $250 million. This palace is expected to open in 2009; however its planning is not complete as yet.
The only certain point of this bingo gambling palace is that there will be many bingo machines here. In addition to this, it will provide employment to the town of Alabama that is highly in need of an economic impact.
About 700 new jobs are predicted from the project while the actual building of the resort itself will provide lots of jobs in construction while bringing money in money through supply needs.
With many residents having to go out of town looking for work, this palace would of course be the answer to its dreams. The city has bought 650 acres of land from across the casino site as they hope to develop the area commercially and have support from the casino and patrons.
