However the legal representative of the government in the court has admitted to the judge that there has been great progress in this direction and that these suggested regulations should be implemented pretty soon. With these implementations, the current WTO stand off over the discriminatory policy of US towards foreign online bingo and online gambling related sites will by affected.
With these new regulations, the off-shore and foreign gaming companies are at an advantage in their compensation claims from the US, that is intending to withdraw its WTO obligations about off shore gaming companies.
