And it is now applying to get a gaming license in Malta. The launch planned for its casino is scheduled for late spring and early summer of 2008. Currently, the gambling legislation of Sweden is under investigation by the European Commission.
This is in compliance with the EU principles that are based on the freedom they have in providing cross-border services.
