ECJ to solve Danish gambling monopoly

 

It was Barney Frank, the US Congressman who had fought for the lifting of the US Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in US. Now we have Freddy Blak, a past member of the Danish Parliament taking the Danish gambling monopoly issue, Danske Spil to the European Court of Justice.
