According to the reports given by Grand Forks police, the cashier from Bingo Palace has been accused of stealing $136,000 from the North Dakota Association for the Disabled site. This money was not sold at one shot; instead it was sold from the association for the past three years.

Mike Flannery has declared that the cashier, Heath Volk of age 33 from Grand Forks had turned himself into authorities this morning.

The theft of the money was realized by the officials at Bingo Palace when they found out that they had problems with missing money. This is when they started auditing to find out where the money had gone.

It was in December that the police department had gotten involved in the matter while the audit was completed in January. With this investigation, it was found out that about $136,000 was stolen from the organization over three years.

The only suspect for the charge was Volk. With him being caught, he faces a Class B felony theft charge. However according to Flannery, as the winners of the gaming site were paid correctly and on time, without any complaints, this monetary loss had no effects on the winnings of the game.
